About Claudio

I moved to the United States from Italy in December 2001 in order to work on Wall St and enjoy the fast-paced life of New York City.  I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa where I learned skills from both hard work in sales and accounting as well as my military service in South Africa. The 9/11 situation did not allow for this dream, but my skills and experience allowed me to learn the restaurant business and eventually I was also able to get a job as VP Sales for a foreign manufacturer again that I held for the past 18 years learning and improving on my contractual and negotiation skills.

 My wife and I met in NYC in 2003 where we have grown up together and shared our passion for real estate and travel. We bought several homes together in NYC, always looking at properties and learning the market. 

During our early years together, we traveled all over South Florida and finally settled on our first new construction condo purchase in 2010.  Our love for the area continued and we moved permanently to Ft Lauderdale in 2013, but knew we needed a larger space to live. 

Meeting people from all areas and visiting places all over South Florida helped me to learn more about the different areas.  We bought our new construction townhouse in 2015 and closed in 2017.

  We are now in a Singel Family home in another new development and look forward to enjoying our time at this home. Changing locations and home styles has helped me learn the locations and business through my experiences.  My knowledge and sales experience, as well as my passion for real estate has helped me and I look forward to doing the same with my clients.
